Ceiling suspension hardware for wire mesh cable trays:
- Profiled cross beam — fix to2 channel rods with4 hex flange nuts and suspend from the ceiling. Beam length L = tray width W +80; hanger centre pitch = W +50 mm. Rods up to M10 (larger on request when ordering).
- M-type cross beam (BF311-365) — widths100-600, beam lengths180-680 mm.
- C-type cross beam (BF411-465) — fixed to2 rods with4 hex flange bolts; tray secured with pressure plate (BF081-085), outer clips (BF011-015), M6 flange bolts (TT11-115) and M6 flange nuts (TZ11-115). L = W +80 mm.
- 50-mesh hanger (BF501-505) — dedicated for50 mm wide trays; boltless — bend the hook to secure the tray; fixed to one rod with2 hex flange nuts.
- Hanging hook (BF511-515) — two hooks per suspension point, suitable for tray widths up to300 mm; accepts M6 / M8 / M10 rods; bend the hook to lock.
- Centre clip + PVC tube (BF051-055 / T91) — protects cables at suspension points from screw damage; also usable as a connector.
- U-shaped column + L piece (BFS21-25 / BFS31-35) — column length customisable, mounting height adjustable; combines with triangular plates and L-supports for multi-type suspended corridors.
